I asked the Commissioner of Tech and Media Nominees, I was wondering how you would improve on the social media account, to make the students want to come to more school events.

MacKenzie Pierce said: “To improve the social media account and encourage students to attend more school events, I will share some behind-the-scenes content showing students what it takes to set up and plan for school events. I will also use polls and Q&As to allow students to vote on the event theme or ask any questions they may have regarding upcoming activities. Finally, I will organize contests or giveaways related to the upcoming events to encourage greater student participation and create excitement.”

Audrey Champagne said: “Hi! I would improve the social media account by allowing the students to interact with it though polls, and also posting videos and pictures from previous events to encourage the students to come to more. I would make fun videos and posts, incorporating other students, leading up to an event, to grab everyone’s attention.”
