The Bishop Manogue High School boys Volleyball team earned a dramatic 2-1 victory over the Galena Grizzlies. After losing the second set to the Grizzlies the Miner boys got hyped and motivated to beat the Grizzlies.  The final set the Miner boys were determined to beat galena to win it all. It was a nail biting final set with a 15-13 final score. Some Key players were Kaden Rowe and Hank Kennedy. Hank Kennedy is a very good outside hitter which he was successful mostly in those areas. Kaden Rowe good serves and sets were some key plays for the Bishop Manogue boys success. Kaden and Hank both said how much work the team was putting in with the amount of time they had to practice. They contributed the win to the Manogue Student section.

The Bishop Manogue student section has the loudest student section in the room. Every chant they did would shake the room with how loud they are. It was giving the boys energy and motivation to win the final set against the Galena Boys. They started to do chants to intimidate the other team. After seeing the nerves in the eyes of the Galena team they decided to chant at the other student section. After seeing that the student section erupted and started to chant louder. Which motivated the Miner boys. After the final point of the 3rd set the  whole student section bursted into joy running off the stands to celebrate.
