Bishop Manogue Honor/AP studio art and photography students had the opportunity to present their artwork in the RTIA that was held at the Reno Convention center this past weekend, September 16-17.
This was such an exciting opportunity for all the students who participated, as these Miners had the opportunity to showcase their work outside the halls of Manogue and get real feedback and appreciation for their exceptional skills.
Over 20 pieces were displayed on the Manogue wall, with one over five feet tall! A member of AP Studio, Sydney Flint, had this to say about the event: “It was really cool getting to see art from other students at Manogue and all the local and international artists.”
It is recommended that if you missed this year it is highly encouraged to go next year, with insulations from burning man, artisan furniture, and lots and lots of art, what’s not to love!
