About two weeks ago two of the Miner media staff were chosen for the Homecoming Committee, which has never happened! The first members to ever be nominated are Miner Tv veteran Courtney Potter and newcomer Brycen Bowers. These are some of the most spirited students at our school with them not only being a part of Miner Media but Miner Ministry, Varsity Cheer, and Student Council. Courtney had this to say,” I’m really thankful to be able to represent the cheer team in a positive way and I’m grateful for the support of my team and my friends.” She is so grateful for this recognition and is ready to represent her cheer squad in the dance later this week at the pep rally, it should be a show stopper! Brycen also had this to say about her nomination,” I’m thankful and lucky to have the opportunity and I’m excited to see the team on friday at half time and at the rally, I really love all the support and go Mangoue!” Seeing how much she appreciates this opportunity makes it all the more special.
